Group exercise at the Court House is fitness at its finest! We have four studios where you can find a large variety of classes. Studio 1 has 2400 sq. ft. of suspended wood flooring to give you the best surface available for your workouts. Studio 3 is our home for Spinning®. Studio 4 is the place for PACE, a time-efficient circuit of equipment that combines strength with cardiovascular exercise and is perfect for people on the go! Our newest studio is the mind/body studio. The relaxed atmosphere is designed for Pilates™ Mat Classes, Pilates™ Reformer and Yoga. Our group exercise program offers a wide variety of classes including Aerobics, Step, Spinning®, Just Weight, Pilates™, Yoga, PACE, Senior S-T-R-E-T-C-H, Abdominal Labs and summer aquatic classes. The Professionally certified group exercise staff delivers to our members the safest, most effective and fun fitness programs available in East Texas!
