Juniors under the age of 14 are not allowed on the exercise equipment or in the weight training areas. In order to participate in any of the group exercise classes, the junior must be 14 years old and in the presence of a parent. Ages 14 and older are permitted in the weight and exercise areas as well as all group exercise classes. Under special circumstances, a parent may request a program for their child of 13 years old due to specific needs of the child. The child and parent must go through the Fitness Department for an evaluation and program design with a trainer. Once the child has been through the evaluation, their name is put in the computer and they must receive a wrist band at the time of check in to do their program. The parent MUST be present for EVERY workout. Any junior 18 and under must have approval by parent and a signed parental consent to be placed on a program. A person 21 years of age is considered an adult and must require a separate single or family membership. |
