Family Membership will include: member, spouse of member and all unmarried dependent children through the age of 21.
- With plan 1 the first 2 months are collected up front and applicable sales tax will apply.
- Adults 60 years and older will be eligible for plan 1, senior rate, with no contract and a bank draft or special rates with a prepaid year.
- Students will be eligible for plan 1, corporate rate, a 6 month contract, and bank draft.
- Companies with payroll deduct will receive corporate rates and no contract.
*Please note that with a payroll deduct, the company will have the right to terminate your membership without your permission.
