Yoga Basics
This class is designed for the beginner student with little or no knowledge of Yoga. This class teaches foundational poses with the focus on the postures, breath and the relationship between the two. It will prepare you for many styles of yoga.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
This class allows you to move through a series of linked postures focusing on controlled breath. The flowing nature of the postures present a powerful, fun, energizing and heat building class that synthesizes the body, mind & breath. Vinyasa Flow promotes strength, flexibility, grace, athleticism and a sense of calm. Vinyasa Flow is designed for those that prefer a more dynamic style of yoga.
Pilate's
Pilates core-body matwork smoothly combined with postures of Hatha Yoga. Strengthening, lengthening and toning your body to create a more streamlined shape.
